Veggies High End

High End or haute cuisine is becoming more common in hotels and a restaurant, so tasting a dish with products of extreme quality and artistic presentation, is easier. But the new trend in the culinary world is vegetarian haute cuisine with high end veggies. The trend began as a movement for the welfare of animals and is currently increasing due to the large number of people concerned about their health and well being; so kitchen experts claim that it is a trend that came to stay. Chefs prepare elaborate dishes, such as the only oyster-shaped artichokes with mashed potatoes and mushrooms, from the famous Los Angeles “Crossroads” restaurant; or raw crackers with asparagus, peas, beans and edible flowers from Masterchef German Martitegui. So every time we see more imagination in the dishes of the Chefs and less meat.
