Fruit punch is a Guatemalan Christmas drink, traditionally it is drank hot, but there are those who enjoy it cold and even make it into ice cream. The punch is prepared mainly with pineapple, papaya, grapes, bananas and coconut, and dried fruits (raisins, plums). Each fruit releases its flavor into the broth, little by little, while it is boiling. It is a unique flavor that, accompanied by a good tamale, makes you really feel the Christmas spirit.
