Every October it is common to find on the typical food vents –and even in friends or family’s houses- different desserts of the season. One of this is the molletes, the traditional plate for the last months of the year. Making them is very easy, you only need molletes (that can buy in any bakery), you need to cut a little piece of the top, filled them with cream, wrap them in beaten eggs and then fry them. At last you bathe them in a delicious honey and you are all set. The perfect dessert, to eat after a good plate of fiambre.
