Edible Flowers

For some time now it is common for chefs to use flowers to decorate their dishes, now in haute cuisine and bakery they have implemented them to complement recipes. Although it seems to be a new trend, the truth is that it has been done for centuries, past civilizations used flowers in their gastronomy. Adding flowers to the food, not only makes it more attractive, but also adds different flavors, which brings diverse nuances and even vitamins.
