The churro is dough with a base of wheat flour, cooked in boiling oil. When they are fried, they are then sprinkled with sugar. Sometimes, these sinful delights have fillings (dulce de leche or manjar). Actually you can eat them with liquid chocolate or caramel on top. The churros are easily found at the fair, so do not miss an opportunity and go and eat one, with the topping of your choice.
